Our neck stretcher is made to correct the cervical spine and relieve pain. The tool aids in releasing tension from the neck muscles and increasing flexibility. Additionally, it can aid in lowering the danger of degenerative disc degeneration.
• MINUTE-SPEED NECK PAIN RELIEF: This pillow relieves strain on the neck's nerves. According to research, a pillow with strong cervical support can ease neck pain and enhance sleeping.
• EASY & HIGHLY EFFECTIVE: With regular usage, this neck pillow helps to relieve a stiff or aching neck and restore the appropriate cervical curvature.
• DENSE AND SOFT FOAM: The cervical neck pillow offers a supportive, flimsy, and cosy surface to relax on.
How to properly use:
- Find a place to lie down or sit back for about 10 minutes. This can be on a bed, sofa, floor, or recliner.
- Locate the neck support of the pillow around the middle of your neck. Start with gentle traction (convex side under your head).
- Gently reposition the device, up or down, along your spine to locate the most comfortable position for your neck. Bent your knees and put your hand beside your head.
- Once comfortable, let your neck settle further into the support. Take slow deep breaths and relax.
- Take notice of how the support is reinforcing your posture. You may observe at this point that you are releasing tension.
- You may notice your neck, traps, and shoulder muscles relax further, and your posture becomes more aligned.
- Reposition lightly every few minutes to avoid pressure in one spot. You may go back to your last position if needed.
- Like any new exercise, start slowly. Use the cervical pillow for 5 minutes, then gradually increase the time for an additional 5 minutes.
- You may initially feel a slight discomfort at first use as your muscles and joints adjust to new positions. If you feel pain, discontinue using the device and consult a healthcare professional.
