At CeilingFanLamps, we aim to make delivery clear and straightforward. We currently ship to customers in the United States.

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated transit time of 5–8 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination or carrier conditions.

We offer a 30-day return period. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an eligible return.

Returned items must meet the conditions described in our Return & Refund Policy. Please contact us before sending an item back so we can provide the appropriate return instructions.
